Monthly subscriptions refunds
If your trial on a monthly plan has ended in the last 30 days, you can receive a full refund by requesting one via our live chat. If your trial has ended more than 30 days ago your right to a refund is voided.
We do not offer any refunds on monthly subscription renewals.

Yearly subscription refunds
We offer refunds on yearly subscription payments up to 30 days after the invoice was due, whether it's a new plan or a renewal.
βNote: If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, but it's been fewer than 10 business days, the refund may still be processing. Refunds can take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.
